Individual programming built around your training age, equipment, injury history, and how you're feeling. Not a template. Delivered online or in-person, with space to talk things through.

Sustainable fuelling strategy — calories, protein, and meal structure — designed to support your goals without making food feel like the enemy.

Every Sunday we review your week: training, progress, mindset, and what's coming next. Honest feedback, real adjustments, and someone in your corner.

Seven years under the bar — and I'm still learning every day.

I started training at fourteen. I wasn't naturally gifted — I was just relentless. Seven years later I've transformed my own physique and built a way of coaching that removes the guesswork and the pressure.

This is a judgement-free space. I'm approachable, I check in properly, and I'm happy to talk about mental health. I understand how hard it can be — and I know it goes hand in hand with fitness. We'll train your body, but we won't ignore your head.

I coach as an experienced lifter, not as a Personal Trainer. I give training and nutrition guidance based on what I've lived and studied — I don't provide medical or clinical dietary advice.

Simple, honest pricing.

Coaching is a partnership. New clients get a free 1-1 session so we can meet, chat through your goals, and make sure you like the vibe before you commit. Minimum block is 12 weeks — real change takes time, and we'll take it together.

£70 / month

  • 4 x 1-1 in-person sessions each month

Want more time together?

Add extra in-person sessions any time — £15 per session, or grab a bundle of 3 for £37.50.

Where we'll train

I train out of JD Gyms Winter Hill and recommend grabbing a membership there so we've got everything we need. Already a member somewhere else? No problem — I can travel to your gym, this may just alter the monthly price slightly. We'll chat it through on your free session.

I'm a total beginner — is this for me?+

Absolutely. Beginners often make the biggest gains when they have a clear plan and someone cheering them on. I'll meet you exactly where you are, no pressure.

Do I need to pay before we meet?+

Nope. I offer a free 1-1 session for new clients so we can get to know each other, talk through your goals, and see if we're a good fit. No awkward sales pitch — just a proper chat and a session to see how you like it.

Are you a qualified Personal Trainer?+

No. I coach as an experienced lifter with seven years of training my own physique. I give practical training and nutrition guidance, not medical or clinical dietary advice.

Can we talk about mental health?+

Yes — please. I'm approachable and happy to chat about how you're feeling. I understand how hard mental health can be, and I know it goes hand in hand with fitness. We'll train in a way that respects both.

Do I need a gym?+

A well-equipped commercial gym is ideal, but I've built effective programmes for home and garage setups. Tell me your equipment on the application.

How long until I see results?+

You'll feel and see meaningful change inside a 12-week block if you execute. Physique transformation is measured in months, not weeks — I don't sell shortcuts.
